When you register, you will be asked for the barest minimum of information. Email (for verification), Birthday (which the hosting site requires to keep those under 13 out) and gender. Once approved, your birthdate - month and day only - will be visible to all members. You can change this (if you want) on the "My Profile" page. When you are "approved", the forum software will send you and email with an "Activation Key" - your registration is not complete until you next sign in and enter this activation key when asked! The administrators do NOT have any way to discern your twitter handle before we approve your registration! Consequently, if we don't recognize your email address (because we already have it), we may email you asking that you DM one of us with the username you selected to register here. That way, we'll be able to verify that you are who we think you are! As of Tuesday, July 16, sjdorst is the only administrator - and I might not (yet) follow you, so you might not be ABLE to DM me! Obviously, there are still a few bugs in the system!
